I spend a lot of time online. We all do. Addressing this phenomenon started as a hobby of mine, but now it’s become the part of my work I’m most passionate about.

Here are some of the things I’m working on with regards to wellbeing, and digital fitness and mindfulness.

  • The Stop Scrolling Challenge has had over 4000 participants and has been featured in BuzzFeed and Emerald Street, among others.
  • I’m writing a book out of the learnings from the Stop Scrolling Challenge.
  • I launched alt_TOGETHER – a network for wellbeing influencers and professionals to help make wellbeing go mainstream – now with 60+ global members.
  • I run Screenless Sessions in London, regular events that encourage people to put down their phones and do something creative.
